Do not use steel wire ball to clean the pot, if there is oil dirt after cooking, you can use soft cleaning articles (such as sponge brush, etc), plus detergent, water (or warm water) to clean together.

Because the protective layer on the new pot is not stable, put more oil before cooking in the early stage, try not to make soup, starch and acid food (such as potatoes, tomatoes, broccoli, pickled vegetables, seasoning vinegar etc); When the wall of the pot inside was changed black, then it can be cooked.

During cooking in the first week, after dry the pot, put some oil on wall, and heat the pot for a minute. Keep doing like this one week, it will be better. After a week, there is no need to do, just keep the pot dry and clean and put the pot upside down to avoid rusting. It is not easy to rust when the pot was changed to black, if you do not use it for a long time you'd better put a layer of cooking oil to prevent rust.

What is your MOQ?
MOQ of custom packing is 500 pieces only, yet initial order with small qty to test the market is also acceptable. Please feel free to inform us your purchasing plan, offer will be sent corresponded to your quantity and packing request. Hope you would increase the order quantity after checked our product quality and acknowledged our service.
How can I get a sample?
Existing stock sample can be supplied by free of charge. If you need customized sample, have to charge you the real happening cost, and it is refundable if the order to be placed can meet the MOQ qty.
Freight collection required for sample delivery. It would be great if you have international courier account like FedEx, UPS, DHL or TNT. But if no courier account available, the freight cost can be repaid and you just transfer it accordingly.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing sample, it takes about 2-3 days. And 5 workdays required if you want it with your own design.
How long is your production lead time?
It depends on the product model and order qty. Normally, it takes 7 days for an order with MOQ qty.
What is your payment term?
30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
